Navigate to the Group Info tab


In the Trip Roster, use the dropdown next to the user's name and select Reset [USER]'s Password. The user's password will be reset to the Default Trip Password that you set up. As long as the user is using a valid email address, they will receive an email with instructions. If the user is using a @myppm.org address, you will need to notify them using another method.


To reset multiple user's passwords, select the users and use the Reset Password button on the left. The user's passwords will be reset to the Default Trip Password that you set up.
