Navigate to the Group Info tab
You should see the group leader listed in the participants table along with anyone else that has been added
To add a potential participant to your roster, click the Add Participants button
If a temporary password hasn't been set for the trip, you will be asked to set one. Please keep in mind that this password will be shared with your group.
To add individual participants, use the Quick Add function. Do your best to use actual email addresses for your trip participants - for simplicity and security.
Once added, the participant will show up on the potential participant list
If your participant doesn't have an email address, or it is shared between family members, click the checkbox below the email field and a pseudo email address will be assigned for login purposes.
If you have past trips in the system, you can also import the participants from those trips into your new trip
To import contacts from a contacts list or trip roster, use the CSV Import Tool. Make sure your file is in a .csv format and that your column names are correct. Blank or invalid email addresses will be assigned a pseudo address for login purposes.
Use Meeting Mode on a laptop or mobile device during a meeting to quickly create a potential participant list. Users are asked for their name, email address, password, and trip interest.
